As Co-Founder of The Kindcraft, she has consistently championed the empowerment of artisans and the growth of purpose-driven organizations worldwide. Her background with global brands such as Gap, Ralph Lauren, and WGSN, together with her hands-on collaborations with indigenous artisans, has instilled a passion for collaborative design, ethical sourcing, and building authentic, lasting partnerships—values that perfectly align with our mission.
Lauren’s approach to team building, coaching, and mentoring will play a transformative role in our organization.
